Therapy Session part II
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. In honor of that, I decided to share a few of the poems I’ve penned as a means of coping in moments when I was struggling. If you can relate to the words within, I hope it brings you comfort to know that you are not alone. I also encourage you that there is hope. Though I have absolutely felt every emotion these writings describe, I have also experienced the peace, comfort, and love that can only come from God. In my moments of weakness, I look to him for strength.

“Each time he said, ‘My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.’ So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.”
